We are a not-for-profit organization with the goals of preventing and reducing crime, promoting business growth, and improving the appearance along Murfreesboro Road in Nashville, TN. The MRBA's boundries extend from the end of LaFayette downtown to I-40-24/Spence Lane to the southeast.

The Trespass Waiver

It's one of the best crime prevention tools available! This document allows police investigate suspicious activity and take enforcement action, if needed, on business property without specifically being called by a business owner. Click here to download a copy of the Trespass Waiver. Print it out, sign it, get it notarized, and return it to your nearest Police station. This is a .pdf file. Also, please notice that all NES streetlights have a number attached to the poles. If you notice a streetlight that is not functioning correctly, or have additional public lighting issues, contact NES. (See the Links page for more information.)
